Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Ulov+ and Ulov apps and of ulovgroup.uz. Starting to use the app means accepting them.

1.Accepting these terms

By installing the app, registering or using it, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

If you do not agree with them, do not use the app and delete your account.

The app may not be used by anyone under 13.

2.What the service is, and what it is not

What ULOV does

ULOV is a digital platform connecting car owners with service centres. We give the workshop a tool to run its jobs, and we give the car owner a way to see that process.

What ULOV does not do

  • We do not repair cars, carry out inspections or sell parts
  • The service centre that performed the work is responsible for its quality, timing and price
  • The agreement between a service centre and a car owner is made directly between them
  • Roadside assistance (SOS) is provided by independent providers

The information shown in the app — work performed, prices, time — is entered by the service centre itself. We do not verify it and do not guarantee it is correct.

Reference sections

The guides to traffic rules, road signs and fine amounts are provided for convenience only and are not an official source — for anything with legal consequences, consult the legislation in force.

3.Account and security

  • You must register with a working phone number — it is confirmed by SMS
  • Do not share your password or the one-time code sent to your phone
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account
  • Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access

One account per person. Registering on someone else's behalf, or selling an account, is not allowed.

4.Rules of use

While using the app, the following are prohibited:

  • Entering false information about someone else's vehicle or documents
  • Sending automated requests, scraping data in bulk or circumventing protective measures
  • Reverse engineering or modifying the app, or creating derivative products
  • Harassing or abusing other users, or collecting their data without permission
  • Using the service for unlawful purposes

An account may be suspended without warning if these rules are broken.

5.Additional terms for service centres

  • The centre is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters — work, prices, time
  • A customer's vehicle data may be used only for providing the service
  • The centre is responsible for the access rights it grants to its staff
  • The centre must hold the permits and licences its activity requires

The Ulov app is provided to service centres on a subscription. Ask us about current pricing and the trial period.

6.Payments

  • For car owners the app is free; no subscription is required
  • Service centres are charged according to the subscription plan chosen
  • The price of separate products such as an insurance policy is shown before purchase
  • Payments go through payment providers; card details are never stored by us

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to that store's refund policy.

7.Intellectual property

The apps, the website, the logo, the design and the source code belong to MisterDev. Copying, distributing or using them commercially without permission is prohibited.

Data and photos you upload remain yours. You grant us the right to store and display them to the extent needed for the app to work.

8.Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • We are not responsible for the quality of a service centre's work or for damage it causes
  • We are not responsible for the actions of a roadside assistance provider
  • We are not responsible for loss caused by connectivity failures, device faults or a third-party service being unavailable
  • We are not responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the app's reference sections

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid over the previous 12 months.

9.Termination

You may delete your account at any time — the procedure is described on its own page.

We may suspend or delete an account if these terms are broken or where the law requires it. Where possible, we give notice first.

10.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If a dispute arises we will first try to settle it by discussion — write to info@ulovgroup.uz. Failing agreement, the dispute is heard by the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11.Changes to these terms

When the terms change, the date at the top of this page is updated and significant changes are announced in the app. Changes take effect 7 days after publication.
